Article 1 — Parties

BUYER
Any real or legal person who makes a reservation through the booknow.one platform (the "Consumer").
Article 2 — Subject of the Contract
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the tour service the Consumer purchases electronically through the booknow.one platform, within the framework of 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun (Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — Service Information
- Type of service: Daily and overnight tour and travel arrangements across Türkiye; private and group guided tours at cruise port destinations; intermediation for the sale and marketing of third-party services and products.
- Affiliation: BookNow operates as an affiliate of the Türkiye-based A-Group travel agency within www.pienti.com.
- Service language: English (a surcharge may apply for other languages)
- Currency: EUR (Euro)
- Reservation details: The tour name, date, number of guests and total amount are stated in the booking confirmation email.
Article 4 — Payment Terms
- Credit/Debit Card: Payment is collected securely through the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
- Cash on Arrival: Paid to the guide in EUR or USD at the start of the tour.
- 50% Deposit: The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.
Once payment is completed, the contract is deemed concluded and a confirmation email containing the reservation code is sent to the Consumer.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure or entertainment services performed on a specific date or for a specific period fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company applies the following voluntary cancellation terms in favor of the consumer:

For tours cancelled by the Seller due to weather conditions, changes to the cruise schedule or force majeure, the Consumer is offered either a free choice of new date or a full refund. For details, see Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 6 — Obligations of the Consumer
- Provide accurate and complete information on the reservation form
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point and time
- Follow the guide's instructions and the rules of the places visited throughout the tour
Article 7 — Obligations of the Seller
- Confirm the reservation by email
- Assign a qualified guide and a safe vehicle
- Inform the Consumer immediately in case of cancellation
- Refund the payment within the stated time frame when a right to refund arises
Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, it is recommended that the Company is contacted directly in the first instance. If no resolution is reached:
- Consumer Arbitration Committee: For disputes within the legal limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committee in the place of residence or transaction may be applied to.
- Consumer Court: For disputes exceeding that limit, the Istanbul Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
Complaints and applications may also be submitted via tuketicisikayeti.gov.tr.
Article 9 — Entry into Force
This agreement is deemed mutually accepted and to enter into force once the Consumer confirms the reservation form and initiates payment.
