Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between persons who use the booknow.one platform (the "User") and ŞEREF TURİZM VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Company"), which operates the platform.

Any person using the platform or creating a reservation is deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

BookNow is a platform that facilitates private and group tour reservations at Türkiye's cruise port destinations. The Company provides guide, vehicle and operational services directly or through its business partners.

The tours offered on the platform are run under license TÜRSAB Travel Agency No. 4277.

A binding service contract between the User and the Company is formed once the reservation form is completed in full and the KVKK consent is given.

• Reservation confirmation is sent by email and/or WhatsApp.
• Tour prices are in EUR. The Company is not responsible for currency fluctuations.
• Prices may vary based on the number of guests and the selected service package.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse a reservation due to capacity, or to offer an alternative.

• Credit card: Payment is collected through the secure iyzico infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Company.
• Cash on arrival: Paid to the guide in EUR or USD at the start of the tour.
• 50% now: The remaining balance is paid in cash to the guide on the tour day.

If payment is not made or not completed, the Company reserves the right not to provide the service.

• 72 hours and earlier: Free cancellation. If a charge was made, a full refund is issued.
• Between 24 and 72 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total price applies.
• Less than 24 hours: No cancellation or refund.
• Weather or cruise schedule changes: If the tour is cancelled for reasons outside the Company's control, a full refund or an alternative date is offered.

• Provide accurate and complete information in the reservation form
• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point and time
• Follow the instructions of the guide and driver
• Behave respectfully toward other participants and the places visited

In case of a breach of these obligations, the Company reserves the right to remove the User from the tour, and no refund obligation arises.

The Company cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters or decisions of competent authorities.

The Company's liability for personal injury, loss of property or damage that may occur during the tour is assessed under applicable Turkish law. Travel insurance is recommended.

All content, design, text, photographs and software on the platform belong to the Company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. In case of dispute, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
