Our journey began in 1974 as a small travel agency in Istanbul, and has since grown into a multi-arm hospitality and tourism group operating across Türkiye. From day one, one thing has never changed: our commitment to offering every guest a unique, personalized experience.

With our Türkiye A-Group Travel Agency license (TÜRSAB No. 4277) and decades of operational know-how, we serve a wide audience — from individual travellers and cruise passengers to tour operators and corporate clients.

Today the BookNow platform is the digital reservation arm of Pienti Hospitality Group. We bring private and group tour experiences at cruise port destinations to guests from all over the world.

Pienti Hospitality Group operates four boutique hotels in Cappadocia's unique landscape. Blending historic cave architecture with modern comfort, these properties are a tangible expression of the group's accommodation vision.

Our hot-air balloon operations under Pam Air offer guests from all over the world an unforgettable experience, with dawn flights over Cappadocia's iconic fairy chimneys.

Run by pilots licensed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) and using equipment that meets international safety standards, our operations always put safety first.

We organize private and group tours at Türkiye's cruise port destinations — Istanbul, Kuşadası, Bodrum, Antalya, Trabzon and more. Our areas of expertise:
